DOUBLE BRIM CHEVRON BEANIE PATTERN

Chevron stripes, bright colors, soft yarn and a comfy fit make this beanie the best one you’ll make all year!

I used Furls Whims Merino Wool to create a lightweight, but cozy and warm beanie. The pattern is crocheted flat and then seamed up and the chevron motif is incredibly easy – though it looks complex. I loved designing this pattern and am so thankful for the testers I had who perfected it.

JUNGLE BOLSTER PILLOW PATTERN

Cotton yarn and a plethora of bobbles give this bolster pillow awesome texture and form.

This pattern started as a fun project I winged and turned into a pattern on the blog – funny how that happens! I used scrap cotton yarn I had around, which happened to be some bright and beautiful Re-up yarn from Lion Brand Yarn.

NYE FAUX FUR PURSE PATTERN

A soft and fuzzy crossbody purse for a night out on the town!

I may have been influenced by our time in Las Vegas, but once I saw this skein of faux fur yarn I knew it was meant to become a purse! This quick pattern will spice up the winter months; this fuzzy purse will hold everything you need and bring a smile to you and those around you. I love the subtle mint green coloring, the way the stitches disappear and how dang soft it is! I offset all of this softness with a matching black and gold zipper and purse strap set from Joann’s.

TWIN SISTERS BEANIE PATTERN

A lightweight wool beanie that is perfect for the autumn season; chevron shapes represent local mountain ranges and the ribbing keeps it comfy and cozy.

This beanie was inspired by our local mountains, the Twin Sisters. Mountains that I have now climbed and backpacked around numerous times. I love the beauty of where I live, and love to model my makes after natural scenery. That’s why it was a no-brainer to make this mountain beanie after our local Twin Sister mountain range. I am so happy with how it came out!

SALEM EARWARMER PATTERN

The perfect ear warmer for a spooooky fall! Or just anytime of the year if you are a cat lover like me. I modeled this kitty headband off of my own little black kitty and am thrilled with how it looks.

Since it is officially fall here in the Pacific Northwest, I have been lighting scented candles, listening to the rain fall, and watching The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch while I crochet on the couch with my cats next to me. All of this has inspired me to make a black cat earwarmer pattern, just in time for fall!
