This is the start of 12 months of crag dog chalk bags! I know how much climbers love their pups and I wanted to create a set of chalk bags that reflected all of those lovely crag dogs. I started off with the labrador breed and have 11 more planned out, but comment below if you have a special breed suggestion!

GREEN TEA CROPPED CARDIGAN PATTERN

It’s all in the details with this design! The open stitching gives this lightweight cardigan beautiful drape and stretch. The scalloped neckline, v-neck design, and low buttons make this a unique sweater design.

FURRY BAT CHALK BAG PATTERN

A squishable, fuzzy bat chalk bag to take out climbing with you. Who could leave this cutie behind?!

Bats are cute! Don’t let anyone tell you differently. Especially when they are made with this adorable Pipsqueak furry yarn and have cute little fangs, feet, and ears. I named this little cutie Stellaluna after a book I loved as a child, she is so spunky and reminds me of the bat in that book.

BOHO CANDLE HANGER PATTERN

A beautiful candle hanger made with scrap yarn and a glass votive – mason jars work just as well!

These little votives candle hangers are so easy to customize and will suit any home decor. You can use candles and glass holders as I did, or even mason jars and succulents! How cute would that be? Plus it uses up those scraps of yarn that you love, but haven’t found a use for.

NYE FAUX FUR PURSE PATTERN

A soft and fuzzy crossbody purse for a night out on the town!

I may have been influenced by our time in Las Vegas, but once I saw this skein of faux fur yarn I knew it was meant to become a purse! This quick pattern will spice up the winter months; this fuzzy purse will hold everything you need and bring a smile to you and those around you. I love the subtle mint green coloring, the way the stitches disappear and how dang soft it is! I offset all of this softness with a matching black and gold zipper and purse strap set from Joann’s.

This holiday llama is festive at any time of year; but really how cute and Christmassy is that red scarf?? I wanted to make one final chalk bag design of the year that would be the cutest, softest, coziest thing I could make. Then I saw this llama hat pattern and knew it was time to make a llama chalk bag!

Can sloths be any cuter! I love creating animal-themed chalk bags and when I grabbed a skein of this faux fur yarn I knew it was time to add a sloth to my suite of cute animal bags. I love the contrast between the furry yarn and the acrylic yarn face, especially that little smile and nose!
