Hello Darla! Unstretched and not overlapped, the ribbing waistline of the large is ~36 inches, the medium is ~32 inches, and the small is ~28 inches. The skirt then flares and the hemline of the large, not overlapped is ~50 inches, the medium is ~45 inches, and the small is ~40 inches. I will update the pattern as well. Thank you for clarifying! And I do want to emphasize how much that ribbing will stretch! it is easy to customize at the overlap step though 🙂
